Upon receipt of an application for a Pre-Existing Certificate of Occupancy, I made an inspection of this one story framed dwelling. I admitted myself to building with key left by applicant Barbara C. BoWer and began this inspection at approximately 1: 25 P.M. The building consists of ' two bedrooms, living room, full bathroom, kitchen, and finished expansion attic. Heat is supplied to first floor rooms from an oil-fired .hot. water furnace located in cellar of cement block foundation. An enclosed porch provides protection to rear entry and an enclosed porch running entire width of front of building encloses entrance to living room. The following violations of the Housing Code, Chapter 52, Town of. Southold, New York, were found: . Kitchen: gas cooking range, no shut off vale at unit, Article V, � Section 52-52 B2. Attic: being used for sleeping rooms, lacks required light and ventilation for floor area, Article II, Section 52-24 C.1-3. Cellar: electric motor for . - ump pump servicing wash tub, B.X. conductor spliced to motor two wire pig tail no junction box and ground connection, Article V, Section 52-56 A.1-5. Rear:: Entry: steps, second riser, broken tread, Article II, Section 52-28 A. - Article III, Section 52-30 A. Inspection completed at approximately 1:45 P.M. . Key was returned to Sider.
