I lived at the premises located at (No # ) Wickham Avenue, Mattittuck, New York shown on the attached survey, for many years. My grandfather purchased it from Mr. Bayer, who sold it to Mr. Siebold. The premises is currently owned by THOMAS YASSO. 2. I lived there for many years and the buildings, as shown on the attached survey, were constructed many years prior to 1957. The premises consists of a one and a half story frame dwelling, frame garage and a one story frame cottage. 3 . To my knowledge, there have been no changes or alterations made to the buildings that would require a Building Permit or Certificate of Occupancy, since 1957. I make this affidavit in support of the THOMAS YASSO' S application to the Town of Southold for a Certificate of Pre-Existing Use for the dwelling, garage and cottage.
