I TERMS and CONDITIONS The Permittee residing at N. Y., as .part of the consideration for the issuance of .the Permit does understand and prescribe to the fol- lowing: 1. THORP AND VIRGINIA THORP, SELLERS AND DIANA FISCHER, PURCHASER The premises conveyed hereunder are subject to the following covenants and restrictions. 1. The premises shall be improved by a single family dwelling only and such other accessory structures as may be permitted by the municipal agencies having jurisdiction thereon. 2 . The premises shall be used for private residential purposes only. 3 .
