Project Description (use attachments if necessary) : The proposed project involves extending the southerly line of my existing lawn to a new southerly line of proposed lawn, as shown on the attached topographic survey of Feb. 17, 1998 (See EXHIBIT A). To accomplish this, I propose to add a top coating of approximately 4 inches of top soil over the surface of the existing elevation of the area under c6asideration, which consists mostly of sand. Also, I plan to have an underground sprinkling system to water the lawn in periods of drought. Additionallys the new lawn will be much easier for me to maintain, because I can use my rider mower, rather than using a hand pulled mower as at present. 2 Boi of Trustees Application. 2ev. Jamez M. Spread to 4 inch depth by bull dozer. Statement of the effect, if any, on the wetlands and tidal waters of the town that may result by reason. of such proposed operations (use attachments if" appropriate): The proposed new lawn should have virtually no effect on the wetlands and tidal waters of the town. 1) its S.W. bondr'ta is 137e5 feet away from the Ordinary High Water Mark of Deep Hole Creek; and its S.E. boundary is 219 feet away from the ordinary High Water Mark of Deep Hole Creek, 2) There is higher ground between the southern border of the new lawn and Deep Hole Creek, so the new lawn will slope downhill northward away from Deep Hole Creek.
