ALL that certain plot, piece.or parcel of land, situate, lying and being at East Marion, Town of Southold,
County of Suffolk and State of New York, being known and designated as Lot No. 40, as shown on a
certain map entitled, "Map of Cleaves Point, Section 2" and filed in the Office of the Clerk of the
