The proposed dwelling is to be sited 119 feet from the landward edge of tidal wetlands and thus is beyond the current jurisdiction of your Board. ANDERSON SCTM #70-4-45. 5 Dear Mr. Anderson, The following action was taken by the Board of Town Trustees during its regular meeting held on November 22, 1996, regarding the above matter: WHEREAS, LOIS T. ANDERSON applied to the Southold Town Trustees for a permit under the provisions of the Wetland Ordinance of the Town of Southold, application dated Oct. 30, 1996, and, WHEREAS, said application was referred to the Southold Town Conservation Advisory Council for their findings and recommendations, and WHEREAS, a Public Hearing was held by the Town Trustees with respect to said application on November 22, 1996, at which time all interested persons were given an opportunity to be heard, and, WHEREAS, the Board members have personally viewed and are familiar with the premises in question and the surrounding area, and, WHEREAS, the Board has considered all the testimony and documentation submitted concerning this application, and, WHEREAS, the structure complies with the standard set forth in Chapter 97-18 of the Southold Town Code, .f . WHEREAS, the Board has determined that the project as proposed will not affect the health, safety and general welfare of the people of the town, NOW THEREFORE BE IT, RESOLVED, that the Board of Trustees approves the application of LOIS T. ANDERSON to construct a 16. 6' X 10' addition and a 14.2' X 12' deck onto an existing dwelling. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this determination should not be considered a determination made for any other Department or Agency which may also have an application pending for the same or similar project.
