Dear Mrs. Denson,
The following action was taken by the Southold Town Trustees on
Wednesday, April 22, 1998, at their Regular Meeting:
RESOLVED, that the Southold Town Board of Trustees grant a
Waiver to add a mezzanine area on top of existing Barge
Restaurant, changing roof line, but staying in the same foot
print. Runoff will be directed to existing drywells . Plans dated
as received April 10, 1998 . Located Rt. 25, Southold.
However, this approval does not constitute approvals from any
other agency.

Council at its meeting held Monday, April 20, 1998:

Moved by Sharon Shine, seconded by Betty Wells, it was
RESOLVED to recommend to the Southold Town--Board of Trustees APPROVAL
of the Waiver Request of-CAROL R. DENSON (THE BARCE)7 56-6-8.5_-to add
a mezzanine area on top of- edsting Barge Restaurant, changing roof line, but
staying in same foot print as indicated on drawing.
