Comprehensive Plan Goal - Encourage new and facilitate the growth of existing business
sectors that pursue stable and sustainable employment.
Objectives —Develop retention and expansion program. Create business directory. Survey
businesses to determine their needs. Continue communication and Collaboration among
Town organizations. Drive development of an event calendar. WinterFest.

• NEW BUSINESS
• Introduce guest attendee and potential member, Don Jayamaha. He has a lot of
experience in finance, commercial and residential real estate development and small
business operation.
• OLD BUSINESS
• Organizational change.
• Discuss status of survey. Meeting with Town Board.
• How will we build the Business Directory.
• Discuss additions to Alexa's draft of EDC Business Guide e-mailed to Committee on
4/16/26.
• Status of WinterFest. Museum not interested in taking over. Chamber will help with
grants and other funding. Who will run the event? Next steps.
• Discussion with Don.
