Dear Trustees,
This letter is to request a pre-submission site visit of the trustees to 600 Glenn Road, Southold.
We recently purchased a new house there and wish to begin the process of adding a fence to
our property and learn more from the trustees about how to achieve our goals.
For your information I also understand there is an original trustees document authorizing
construction of the house, pool and compliant fence, among other things.
If possible,we would be prepared for the site visit to happen on September 9 which I
understand is the next calendar date for such a visit.
Enclosed please find a check for$150 made out to Southold Trustees, as required.

basement for egress; install a new Fuji Cen 5 sanitary system; install gutters to leaders
to drywells to contain roof runoff, install a 161x32' with 1'wide coping in-ground pool
with a pool equipment area, a designated pool drywell for backwash; code compliant
pool enclosure fencing with gates; install a pervious driveway; install silt fencing during r
construction; and to establish and perpetually maintain a 50'wide Non-Disturbance .�
buffer area from flagged wetland line with a 4'wide access path to water along the
landward edge if the wetlands; all as depicted on the revised survey prepared by
Peconic Surveyors,received on May 6,2024, and stamped approved on May 30,2024. ,
