Dear Ms. Sweeney:
This letter is a follow up to your email received on August 21, 2026, along with a
photograph. The Board of Trustees reviewed your request to trim the large shrub
touching your house within 100' of the wetlands. The request was reviewed by Trustee
Glenn Goldsmith on September 17, 2026.
The Board of Trustees determined that the large shrub may be trimmed at this time. No
permit will be required in order to perform this work.
Any other activity within 100' of the wetland boundary requires a permit from this office.
This is not a determination from any other agency.
