Role Call: Meeting called to order at 4:30PM by Chair Chris North.
Minutes: Chris North made a motion to accept the minutes of the 3/30/26
meeting and seconded by Jim Abbott. All agreed.
New Business: The committee went over the April and May 2026 PD report with
no questions. Chief Grattan went over the accreditation process and report for
PD. Committee briefly went over the staffing report, any requested changes are to
be emailed to Chair Chris North, Vice Chair Kevin Foote and Secretary Kariane
Chew. Chris North made a motion to approve drafting a letter to the Town Board
in support of Chief Grattans new PD staffing chart, seconded by Kevin Foote. All
agreed. Chris North made a motion to table the staffing report, seconded by Jim
Abbott. All agreed. Kevin Foote made a motion to end the meeting @ 5:13pm,
seconded by Jim Abbott.
Executive Session: Chris North made a motion to enter executive session,
seconded by Kevin Foote @ 4:55PM — 5:10PM — Chris North made a motion to
end executive session, seconded by Kevin Foote.
Next Meeting: September 28, 2026 @ 4:3013M. In PD HQ conference room.
