THIS IS TO CERTIFY THAT THE FOLLOWING RESOLUTION NO. 2026-805 WAS
ADOPTED AT THE REGULAR MEETING OF THE SOUTHOLD TOWN BOARD ON
SEPTEMBER 22, 2026:
RESOLVED that the Town Board of the Town of Southold hereby authorizes and directs
Supervisor Albert J. Krupski, Jr. to execute a Commercial Services Agreement between the
Town of Southold and Pye Barker Fire & Safety, LLC in connection with fire monitoring in the
amount of$65.00 per month, and fire alarm inspection in the amount of$75.00 per month, for
the new highway building, subject to the approval of the Town Attorney.

applicable version of Such terms shall be the version.in effect as of the date this document was fully executed.Such terms shall not be modified except by a written agreement signed by
both parties.By signing or receiving services described in this document,you admowledge that you have reviewed such terms and conditions and that they=1 be incorporated by
reference.This Agreement,including the General T&Cs,contains the complete and final agreement between the parties regarding,the subject matter herein.For the avoidance of doubt,
.any Customer provided terms,including those contained in a purchase order,shall have ri"ffec,unless expressly agreed to In writing by Contractor.In the event of a oantUct between
the General T&Cs and the terms of ttusAgreement,the terms,of this Agreement shall control.Upon your request,such terms may be attached to this order document.
