At the meeting of the Southold Town Conservation Advisory Council held Tuesday, August 15, 2000, the following recommendation was made: Moved by Bret Hedges, seconded by Scott Hilary, it was RESOLVED to recommend to the Southold Town Board of Trustees DISAPPROVAL of the Wetland Permit Application of STRONG'S MARINE, INC. 122-9-6.2&3 and 12-4-44.2 to remove.and replace (in-place) +/-268 linear ft. of existing timber bulkhead with vinyl sheathing. Dredge by clamshell bucket crane up to 20' off bulkhead to a maximum depth of—4'6" ALW. Approx. 150 cy. of resultant spoil will be placed on the property of William Tufano. Approx. 200 cy. of clean sand will be trucked in from an upland source and used as backfill. Camp Mineola Rd., Mattituck The CAC recommends Disapproval because they have concerns with the spoil site being within. the wetland boundary, and if so, it needs to be staked and/or needs an application.
