The following action was taken at the Southold Town Board of Trustees regular meeting
held on Wednesday, June 19, 2013:
RESOLVED, that the Southold Town Board of Trustees APPROVE the request for a
Transfer of Wetland Permit #5349 from Patricia Astarita to Robert Sena, as issued on
May 24, 2001; with the condition to either remove the existing beach house/cabana
septic system or modify system to force pump up to house septic.
