RESOLVED that the Southold Town Planning Board refer the following comments to the Zoning Board. of Appeals regarding the set-off application for James Periconi and Marion Cimini: 1 . It was noted that there are presently two dwellings on the lot; upon field inspection it appears that both are occupied, however, one may be a seasonal home. 2 . This set-off would lesson the non-conformity of the lot, which presently has two dwellings on it. If you have any questions , please don' t hesitate to contact our office.
