unanimously taken by the board at its Regular Meeting held last

RESOLVED, that this board' s decision as rendered July 8, -
1982 in the matter for Miriam Batson, Appeal No. 2991, not be
changed, amended, modified, altered, or reheard; and accordingly,
it is _further
RESOLVED, that the request in the matter for Miriam Batson
in Appeal No. 3173 to amend the board' s July 8, 1982 decision
rendered in Appeal No. 2991, BE AND HEREBY IS DENIED.
Vote of the Board: Ayes: Messrs. Goehringer, Doyen, Grigonis,
Douglass and Sawicki.
