virtue of Chapter 615 of the Laws of the State of New York, 'Passed

sion to dredge in front of his property at Youngs Avenue, Southold
New.York, : to' a.depth of 5..0 feet below mean low water-an -area abou
SO feet wide and 100 feet long,. within which the proposed pier will ,
be constructed, the dredge material to be, deposited on upland pro-4

said .Trustees and the Town of Southold harmless and free ,from any
and all, damages and claims arising under or by virtue of said
dredging and construction.

The applicant proposed to construct a 41811
wide timber pier which will extend approximately 75 feet channelward of the
Mean High Water line , with the elevation of decking 3.5 feet abovd Mean High
Water. Also proposes to dredge to a depth of 5.0 feet below Mean Low Water
an area about 30 feet wide and 100 feet long, within .vlUch the proposed pier
will be dcnstructed, the dredge material is to be- deposited on upland property
of the applicant,
