Santiago and Nancy Santiago as the new owners of this properly. In addition I am requesting permission to rebuild the existing dune staircase leading to the beach located on the south side of our properly. The proposed staircase would include a new landing for safely. We would also want to renovate an existing wood frame structure by replacing the roof, siding and stairs leading to the beach from the structure. The stairs are damaged and need handrails for safely. All of these changes are detailed on the enclosed Architectural blue prints. All specs for this proposed renovation are listed on the prints for your review. I understand that nothing additional that is not already authorized on the existing permit~ 4284 will be added or allowed. I have included a number of photographs of the structures involved in the repair. Nancy Santiago Mailing ,4 ddress: Jaime A.
