Dear Mr. Haje:
Pursuant to you letter of February 4, 1986 regarding
the above referenced matter, please be advised that as
proposed, the construction for Mr. Cavelli is not within
the Trustees jurisdiction. -
Please be advised that if the project is amended to
a distance closer than 75 ' , you will have to ask for
another review for a determination.

REQUEST FOR A DETERMINATION/NEED FOR A WETLAND PERMIT for
Victor Cavelli, Willow Point Road, Southold to construct a
house which is situated on the survey more than 75 ' from HWM.
You may wish to make an inspection to be sure that there is
no marsh upland closer than 75 ft. ?

the proposed construction lies more than 75' from MEW, I do not believe
the work falls within the Town's wetland ordinance.
Would you kindly review the matter-and confirm in writing. If a permit
is necessary, it will be promptly submitted.
