THIS PERMIT made in duplicate, the day of July, 1955,
between TOWN OF SOUTHOLD, in� the �C ount y of : Suf folk and State of New
York, by a majority of its duly elected Trustees and by virtue of
Chapter 615 of the Laws of the State of New York, passed in 1893,
and pursuant to a written ro solution adopted by a majority of the
Board of 'Trustees' of said Town of Southold, at a meeting held pur-
suant to 'notice duly given to all the members thereof, on the
day of If s 1955, .party of the first part, and
DONALD M. CYRIACKS, party of the second part ,
WTTNESS'ETH, the party of the first part. in consideration of
the sum of 10.00, duly paid to the party of the first part before
the delivery hereof, the receipt whereof is hereby duly acknow-
lodged, has granted and does hereby grant unto the said party of
the second part, his heirs and `assigns 'forever, 'permission to
dredge approximately 50 feet from shore ' in front of his property
fronting on Marion Lake at East Marion, in the, Town of Southold,
Suff olk '0ounty, New .York®
Subject, however, to the public right of navigation and sub-
Ject to the right of the public to pass and repass along that por-
tion of the beach between low and high water mark* On condition,
however, that the party of the second part will hold the said
Trustees and the Town of Southold harmless and free from any and
all damages and claims arising under or by virtue of said dredging.
