Mrs. DeLoiselle of Little Neck Road, Cutchogue called today
as a result of the Creek Survey that was conducted. She
said that she received notice to- register her dock. She
does not want to pay for something that is not required. I
explained that this is to up-date the Town' s records. She
does not know why; when she applied in 1977 for a maintenance
dredging project, that this was not recognized then. Was it
not needed then?
I have attached for your review, the permit that was issued
in 1977, and copy of the application submitted. Please
advise her.

William Coleman for an erosion control bulkhead plus two six
foot returns and maintenance dredging . of 50 cubic yards for three
feet at MLW at floats on private property of the applicant at
East Creek with the recommendation that spoil be ,deposited above
the grass along the edge of the meadow and spread on the upland.

to the order of the Board of Southold Town Trustees: This fee is computed below according to
