"As a rule" , and almost .to a certainty, the Southold Trustees will not abridge any resident' s right to waif out/build a reasonable dock form his/her property provided it is used in conformity with the zoning code (in connection with a principal residence in this case) , does not abridge the reasonable and ordinary navigation rights of others and does not harm the wetland. Although these conditions would seem to be easily met on the site in question, we could not definitely rule on the matter until we review. Trustee and wetland permit applications.
