NINE SAND & GRAVEL 855 New Suffolk Avenue APR —6 2010 P.O. Box 1401 Mattituck, NY 11952 I Phone and Fax: (631) 298-882$ J'-'```` April 6, 2010 Board of Trustees of Southold Town Main Road Southold,NY 11971 I would like to get permission to push sand which washed up from storms onto driveway owned by Mary Drum, Park Ave. extension, at Marratooka Pt., Mattituck,NY back onto the beach where it came from. Thank you for your consideration, Raymond F.Nine MEMO FOR THE FILE: Mr. Hank Drum called approximately 10 :30 AM on May 19, 1986 to ask if -he needs a permit for the removal of sand that has built up on the property during the winter. This is a piece of property located on Marratooka Point on which there are several houses in that area where the sand has covered all of the property. Kent McCarthy has been down there and is very familiar with the area. The neighbors next door, the Colligans have been given permission to have their sand removed from the site. Mr. Drum lives next door. Kent advised that this would be okay, and that it is a maintenance and that no permit is required. He advised that he wants to know where the fill is going to be placed. I have asked Mr. Drum and lie said that it will be left on the property. He just wants to move it away from the house. ) ( S • VY1
