According to the information given, and a copy of the survey
submitted, the Southold Town Board of Trustees have found this
project out of our jurisdiction under the Town Wetlands
Ordinance and Coastal Erosion Hazard Area.
However, should there be any activity within 251 - of the bluff
line you will need to submit an application and a fee.

Gentlemen:
We are requesting a letter of non-jurisdiction for
the above referenced property.
Our client, Andrew Duerwald is in the process of
purchasing this property from Port of Egypt Orient, Inc.
and is proposing to builda new home, decks . and pool on
said property.
The deck for the pool will be over -200 feet back from the
mean high water mark on a bluff of over 10 foot elevation.
We are enclosing a check for $40 .00 .
