Pursuant to Section 10 of the Rivers and Harbors Act of 1899 (33 USC 403) , you are hereby authorized by the Secretary of the Army: ACTIVITY: To replace an existing fixed pier with a 4 foot by 34 foot fixed pier; elevated a minimum of 4 feet above the grade of the intertidal marsh, and reinstall an existing 3 foot by 12 foot hinged ramp and 6 foot by 20 foot float. A copy of this permit, including all conditions and approved plans, shall be available at the project site, whenever authorized work is in progress. The permittee shall require that any contractor, project engineer, or other person responsible for the ` overall supervision of this project reads, understands, and complies with this permit and all its general, special, and supplementary special conditions. Any failure to comply precisely with all of the terms and conditions of this permit, unless authorized in writing, shall be treated as a violation of the Environmental Conservation Law.
