I advised that there is no permit on file for the structure. Henry advised that this structure is one that could be classified under the Grandfather Clause. Don Dzenkowski also confirmed that the structure would come under this catagory. Henry advised that a grandfather application would .be necessary before he could obtain his storm permit to repair the existing structure.
