Please be advised that the Trustees have visited the site of the
Fairle property located on Wells Avenue, Southold on July 22, 1987
and have determined that in accordance with the survey submitted and dated
May 21, 1987 the. Trustees have no jurisdiction in this matter.
Please note that all construction material and fill, must be kept out of,the
75' area during construction. Should you have any questions or concerns,
