HomeMy WebLinkAboutFENMORE, JEAN THIS PERMIT made in duplicate , the Z9 day of ('G 2„_ 19 ! � between TOWN OF SOUTHOLD, in the County of Suffolk and State of Now York, by a majority of its duly elected Trustees and by virtue of Chapter 615 of the Laws of the State of New York, passed in 1893, and pursuant to a written .resolution adopted by a majority of the Board of Trustees of said Town of Southold, at a meeting held pursuant to notice duly given to all the members thereof, on the R2- day of h9--e-- - , 1959, party of the first p art, and JEAN FENMORE, party of the 'second part, WITNESSETH, the party of the first part in consideration of the sum of 3� ° ° , duly paid to the party of the first part, before the delivery hereof , the receipt whereof is hereby duly acknowledged, has granted and does hereby grant unto the said party of the second part, her heirs and assigns foreverp permission to construct a bulkhead and .'to dredge to a depth of seven (7) feet below, mean low water; the dredged material to be disposed of shore- ward of. the bulkhead in such manner as will prevent escape of material into the waterway, in Mattituck %reek, at Mattituck, in the Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York. Bulkhead to be approximately ten feet from mean .high water mark; and approximately seventy feet from main channel line. A portion of the proposed bulhlieao is to be constructed around a small-boat basin 70 feet w de and approxiimately 80 feet long. The decision as to t,rhether or not a permittjwill be issued must rest primarily upon the effect of the proposed work on navigation.
