RESOLVED that the Southold Town Trustees Waiver the need of .a Wetland Permit as requested by En-Consultants, Inc. on behalf of Paul Ferdenzi to spread approximately 72 cu. yds. of topsoil in an area west of deck (54±' x 121±') and graded to a depth 4±" and planted with grass seed. West of this, area will be planted with indigenous species such as Clethra, Bayberry. On the east side of the house, circular driveway will be cut through and surfaced with bluestone and yard landscaped as shown on the plan submitted on Jan. 14, 1986 and planting plan dated April .28, 1987. The waiver is granted with the provision that the D.E.C. specifications are followed to increase the wetland fringe by 5 feet. Property is located at 470 Haywaters Drive, Cutchogue.
