Dear Mr. & Mrs. Finora:
The following action was taken by the Southold Town Board of
Trustees on Thursday, April 29, 1993;
RESOLVED that the Southold Town Board of Trustees grants a
waiver to dismantle the garage which is approx. 69 ' from
bulkhead and to do 'renovations on existing house which is
further back then the garage is.
Please note that this approval does not constitute approvals
from any other agency.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact
this office.

Our premises is located at 795 E. Legion Avenue, Mattituck,
L.I. - Suffolk County Tax Map #100-122-3-32.
This property borders on James Creek and was bulkheaded prior
to August 1977, as seen on Aerial Photo. We are applying for
a letter of non jurisdiction based on the above information.
Our intention is to reconstruct present house.
