Bredemeyer : Pursuant to my conversation of May 17, 1990 with Ms . Jill. Thorp of your department and on behalf of Mr . John Firestone of Fisher 's Island., we respectfully request a letter of "no permit necessary" to repair the existing dock and boathouse in Chocomount Cove of Fisher 's Island . Attached are a location map, photographs, and plan for the work which will consist primarily of pile and structural member replacement . There will. be no changes to configuration of the facilities related to this work. We are simultaneously notifying the New York State DEC, Regulatory Affairs Division and the United States Army Corps of Engineers, New York District Office, both of whom have been advised by telephone of this work proposal .
