The grade level of the site is between 6 and 8 feet above MHW and contains no marine/wetlands plantlife species. There will not be any shadow impact to wetlands as the proposed;site is already heavily wooded. We have enclosed a copy of a recent survey with the proposed building site shown crosshatched. The construction will be on piers and the structure will be screened on the South, West, and North walls. There will be a storage area on the East side. The structure dimensions will be approximately 21 feet by 15 feet plus the storage area of approximately 4 feet by 7 feet on the easterly side.
