Dear Mr. Orlowski:
In response to your Lead Agency Coordination Request for the
set-off requested by George R. Furse on property located on
Fishers Island, please be advised that this office does not have
jurisdiction on sub-divisions. We have, no objection to you taking lead.
Should there be any activity proposed on the property that
would occur within 75 ' of Wetlands as defined in 97-13 A (1,2 &
3 ) or B ( 1 & 2) then this office should be contacted for the need
of a permit at that time.
