Kujawski , Jr. Unoccupied Upon reciept of an application for a Preexisting Certificate of Occupancy, I made an inspection of this one-and-one-half story, wood-framed dwelling. I was admitted to building by Raymond Kujawski who accompanied me during this inspection which began at approximately 1:30 P.M. The first floor consists of a kitchen, living room and dining room conbination, full bath, front entry hallway, and a bedroom with an adjacent dressing room. The second floor half story contains three bedrooms and a half bathroom. Heat is supplied to all rooms from an oil-fired, hot water furnace located in the partial cellar of building ' s stone and mortar foundation. The balance of the foundation is crawl space. There is an attached garage at the rear of building which ac- commodates two cars. The easterly portion of the garage was constructed under Building Permit #5686Z , dated January 3 , 1972 to which subsequent Certificate of Occupancy #Z4516 was issued. At the time of this inspection, the kitchen was under renovation. An enclosed porch protects entry to the kitchen area. This is located on the northwest corner of the building. I found no violations of the Housing Code, Chapter 52 , Town of Southold, New York. Inspection completed at appro 'mately 1 :50 P .M. Commercial buildings, Industrial buildings, Multiple Residences and .similar buildings and installations, a certificate of Code compliance from the Architect or Engineer responsible for the building. 5. Submit Planning Board approval of completed site plan requirements where applicable. B. For existing buildings (prior to April 1957), Non-conforming uses, or buildings and "pre-existing" land uses: 1. Accurate survey•of property showing all property lines, streets, buildings and unusual natural or topographic features. 2. Sworn statement of owner or previous owner as to use, occupancy and condition of buildings. 3'. Date of any housing code or safety inspection of buildings or premises, or other pertinent in- formation required to prepare a certificate. C. Fees: 1. Certificate of occupancy $5.00 2.
