Raynor purchased the premises from Stanley Naugles in May, 1946. -,3.. Deponent 'has inquired from neighbors of the premises and believes that the residence and minor buildings were erected at the time of purchase by George Raynor. At the time of my purchase in 1969, they were in fair condition and this time are .in very poor condition. Therefore, deponent believes that the buildings were erected prior to 1946. 4 .
