Dear Ms. McGahan:
The following action was taken by the Board of Town Trustees
during their regular meeting held on June 22, 1989 as follows:
WHEREAS the Town Trustees have conducted an on site inspection, of the
subject property, West Creek Avenue, Fleet' s Neck, Cutchogue, NY.
RESOLVED that the Town Trustees approve the request made by
for a waiver to construct addition to single family dwelling on above
mentioned property.
Please return to the Building Department for a determination on
the need for any other permits which may be required for this project.

Gentlemen:
This letter is to request a waiver in regard to a planned addition
of a deck on the water side of my property, located at 1400 W. Creek Ave. ,
[:Lttchogue, lot #110-1-4. It is my plan to add a 12' x2O' open, wood deck
over part of the existing lawn.
The enclosed map , dated June 7, 1989, is the most recent survey,
and shows all the buildings now on the premises. The enclosed plot plan,
dated 5/31/93, shows the subject proposed deck addition, as well as a
proposed garage addition, which requires no variance, I believe.
My check for $40 is enclosed to cover the required fee.

Gentlemen,
This letter is to request a waiver of jurisdiction in
regard to a planned renovation to convert my summer cottage
to a permanent residence, located at 1400 W. Creek Ave,
Fleet 's Neck , Cutchogue, NY . , lot 110-1-4. It is my plan to
do a thorough renovation, insulate, add basement and heating
system on basically the existing building , but with 12x22
foot additions on the north and south ends, and two feet
additional length in the E-W direction.
The enclosed blueprint entitled "Map of Property made
for Wallace McGahan" shows the building and lot plan and the
new building dimensions are shown on the sheet entitled
"Sheet 7E, Rev. 1 " .
Enclosed find my check for $35 to cover the required
fee.
