I would like to request an amendment to Wetlands Permit No. 4301 in order to include a proposed retaining wall. Enclosed please find an updated survey( g i*&knt&44copies). indicating the location of the proposed retaining wall. The other revisions to thiurvey include a change of contour intervals from 5 ft. to 2 ft.(per N.Y.S.D.E.C. requirements) and the proposed house moving 5 ft. further landward (south). As can be seen from the survey the-lower 2 ft. retaining wall runs parallel and approximately 1 ft. landward of the 10 ft. elevation contour. The second 2 ft. retaining wall runs parallel and approximately lft. further landward and parallel to the first wall. The addition of these walls are intended to stabilize the area and minimize any erosion and runoff into the adjacent wetland area. If another inspection of the site is required, I would like to make an appointment for one as soon as possible. If any further information is required, please contact me. Thank you for your time.
