The Property was not staked prior to inspection, the Board was concerned about driveway placement within 75 ' of the vegetated Spartina alterniflora wetland where the slopes were viewed as moderate and a potential source of siltation of the wetland during construction and no provision for haybales during construction were seen and no dry wells were noted on the construction plan submitted.
