referenced property and it was determined that the project
proposed, is out of our jurisdiction.
This determination is only a determination rendered by this
Board. Any other approvals that may be applicable are required
prior to the commencement of the project.

Gentlemen:
I am considering purchasing the above lot which
is across the street from a lot (tax lot No. 3 . 37 ) shown
on the tax map as a "recharge basin" . I have been referred
to you by the Town building department, and I would ask
you to please inspect the lot and let me know whether any
difficulties should be anticipated in connection with a
permit for the ,construction of a two story home.
