Gentlemen,
I am the owner of a single and seperate lot , located in Laurel , NY
The lot is shown on the Southold Township Tax Maps as Section 128 , Block 2 ,
Lot 15 .
I am interested in obtaining a permit to build on this lot and was
advised to check with you first to see if either a waiver or a permit is
required from you re this lot .
I was advised to advise you that the subject property is more than
300 feet from the waters of Great Peconic Bay. Plus the waterfront properties
south of the subject parcel are all protected by well constructed bulkheads .
Enclosed find a copy of the tax map page that shows the subject
property. Unfortunately the scale is quite small for that page.
Please advise if you have any questions that I can answer .
