That there will be no unreasonable'interference with navigation as a result of the work herein authorized. G. That there shall be no interference with the right of the public to pass and repass along the beach between high and low water marks. 7. That if future operations of the Town of Southold require the removal.and/or alterations in the location of the work herein authorized, or if, in the opinion of the Board of Trustees, the work shall cause unreasonable obstruction to free navigation, the said Permittee will be required, upon due notice,-to remove or,alter this work or project herein stated without expenses to the Town of Southold. s. On the reverse side of this map, provide a SCALE DRAWING which will show Ordinary High Water Mark, the shape and size of the dock and any supplemental pilings which are needed to hold a floating dock or tie-up a boat. Give all dimensions necessary to determine the area of the dock surface which extends offshore from the O. H• W. M. 6. Will any portion of this construction extend offshore into Town Waters beyond an imaginary line or boundary formed by other similar structures along the area's shoreline? YES r NO. Dear Sirs : Please be advised that you will be required to obtain a permit from the Board of Southold Town Trustees for your dock at Corey Creek, "Nunnakoma Waters", Southold, N.Y. The developer of "Nunnakoma Waters" - Henry C. Smith did file for a permit for these docks. However, the Trustees decided that the permits should be applied for by the individual dock owners. The Trustees have no objections to the existing docks and existing boat basin, providing that they be restricted to the owners of the property in "Nunnakoma Waters" and that the owners of the docks secure permits for them. Therefore, I am enclosing the application form and area map necessary to file your dock permit application. Also enclosed, please find an instruction sheet to facilitate the completion of your application. The next regular meeting of the Board of Southold Town Trustees will be held at 7 :30 P.M. , Monday, December 6, 1976 at the town board meeting room, Supervisor 's Office, 16 South Street, Greenport, N.Y. Please complete and return your application before November 22md in order to set it up on the agenda for the December 6th meeting.
