The Board of Town Trustees waives objection to the
construction of a bulkhead on the property of Dal Moy
at East Lake Drive, Lot 119 on map of Cedar Beach
Park, Southold, New York'. Construction of bulkhead
is on a basin which is an inlet from Peconic Bay and
replaces an. old existing }bulkhead.
3. If your application is .approved above, A Permit Fee is now due.,
and should. be made payable to the order of the Board of Southold
Town 'Trustees .' This fee is computed below according to the Schedule
of Rates as set forth in the Instruction Sheet (Form' I/1 )' ,
If the Fermit Fee is paid in Jerson to the Secretary of , the
