Is there any one who nas anything to say for this project? (No Comment) Is there any one wno wishes to speak against the project? (No Comment. ) Trustee Rujawsxi: I feel tnat the cinder block bulkneaa should be removed. I feel that it is to corroded and eroded and will undermine the base of the bulkhead. I don' t feel it would be difficult to remove. I think it could be. taxen out easily. for the record) Trustee Smith: I feel if a regular marine contractor was doing this, but what happens this gentleman is going to do this in his Public Hearing - J. Louise Moyle Marcn 27, 1985 spare time. He has a deteriorated cinder - block retaining wall and we would like to see him take it out and put the new one. in it' s place, but, whereas he is doing it nimself in his spare time we will let him put it in front of it. i think ne would do more damage if ne took it out and in the meantime there was a storm, it would cause more erosion problems back into the creek. Does anyone else nave anything to say, good, bad, for or against this project? kNo comment. ) Then I would lixe to close this public hearing on J. Louise Moyle.
