Approximately 40 c.y. of clean backfill to be trucked in in from upland source. The Council recommends disapproval as submitted because there is plenty of room behind the existing seaward bulkhead (not retaining wall); the proposed plan would be 2' in front of adjacent western bulkhead which would create an angle, which can create erosion problems. The Council also questions the MHW, it does not appear to be correct on the submitted plans.
