Please be advised that the Trustees inspected the property on
Wickham Avenue, Mattituck on 2/17/88 and made a tentative
determination of no jurisdiction as long as you keep the house
85 ' from mhw, preferably 901 . A 50 ' undisturbed buffer zone, in
accordance with D.E.C. provisions, should be maintained on the site.
You are advised to request a. waiver for any .work performed in the
50 ' to 90 ' area from mhw.
