Lear Sir:
This office has received an application on the above referenced site. A
review of the application has revealed that the location of the proposed Sanitary
�ystem is adjacent to a drainage easement on the parcel (copy of site plan en-
closed) .
In addition, the proposed Sanitary System location is near a low point in
he road. Since the installation of the Sanitary System will require one to two
eet of fill with 5% slope, it will encroach on the drainage easement area. The
�equired fill will block any storm water run off from reaching the intended dis-
charge point and may cause flooding of the road and sanitary system.

Due to the above concerns, this office requests information in regard to any
town plans to utilize and/ or improve the drainage easement area.
