Dear Mrs. Pfifferling:
My daughter told me that you called today.
As you have requested, I have filled out the map to the best of
my ability, and I have enclosed a sketch of Youngs' Point so that you can
see just where the retaining wall is.
As I wrote in my letter of April 8th, this is a retaining wall
erected by my husband over 10 years ago - consisting of some large planks
and odd pieces of lumber. It is approximately
40 feet in length
5 feet in height
I hope I have been able to supply you with the information you
need.
I can be reached at 678-1200 ext, 215 between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
At home after 4:00 p.m. - 766-8059

Dear Mrs. Pfifferling:
Thank you for your letter of March 28th.
As I explained to you in our telephone conversation, the retaining
wall referred to was really a makeshift job done by my husband more than
10 years ago, and in all probability no permit was required at that time.
To the best of my ability I have filled out and am returning the
form you sent. I am enclosing a check in the amount of $5.00 as a filing
fee.
