Building Inspector
T. The property slopes from front to rear(hay harbor) and has
boulders protruding at various locations throughout the property
making the only practical location for the accessory building
along the enterance driveway where t1le land is reasonably level.
2. The; lot is odd shaped2 and as previously stated slopes, and has
several rocky outcrops.
3. The building will be used for one family occupancy of the premises
so will not be any change or harm to the area as other properties
fronting on Iia-f Jie.rbor do have similar buildings now.
