Commercial buildings, Industrial buildings, Multiple Residences and similar buildings and installa- tions, a certificate of Code compliance from the Architect or Engineer responsible for the building. 5. Submit Planning Board approval of completed site plan requirements where applicable. B. Accurate survey of peoperty showing all property lines, streets, buildings and unusual natural or topographic features. 2. At that time the house was occupied by Mr. & Mrs. Thibault. After their demise, the house was occupied by Mrs. Harvey, then sold to Loretta DiMaggio who sold to Dorothy and John Reheiser and Dickinson Real Estate Agency was the broker who sold the house to Mr. David Jackson in 1974, It is in good condition and well maintained by Mr. Jackson.
