Romanowski. unoccupied Upon receipt of an application- for a Pre-Existing Certificate of Occupancy I made an inspection of the buildings on the above captioned premises. I was admitted to dwelling by Mr. ' Romanowski who accompanied me during this 'inspection that began at approxi- mately 10:30 A.M. The dwelling is a one story wood framed structure constructed on a cement. block foundation. Ground floor contains a kitchen, dining room-; living room, two bedrooms and a full bathroom. Second floor. is a completed attic and contains two rooms and full bath- room. Heat is furnished to all rooms from an oil fired hotwater furnace located in full 'cellar. Domestic hotwater is. furnished to all plumbing fixtures from an oil fired hot water heater. A wood framed one car garage is . located in the rear yard area. I. found no violations . of the Housing. Code, Chapter 52, Code of'`the .Town of Southold, N.Y. This application must be filled in typewriter OR ink, and .submitted in tw a to the Building Inspector with the following; for new buildings or new use: 1. Final survey of property with accurate location of all buildings, property lines, streets, and unusual natural or topographic features. 2. Final approval of Health Dept. of water supply and sewerage disposal—(S-9 form or equal). 3. Approval of electrical installation from Board of Fire Underwriters. 4. Commercial buildings, Industrial buildings, Multiple Residences and similar buildings and installations, a certificate of Code compliance from the Architect or Engineer responsible 'for the building. 5. Submit Planning Board approval of completed site 'plan requirements where applicable. B. For existing buildings (prior to April 1957), Non-conforming uses, or buildings and "pre-existing" land uses: 1. Accurate survey of property showing all property lines, streets, buildings and unusual natural or topographic features. 2. Sworn statement of owner or previous owner as to use, occupancy and condition of buildings. 3.
